Hi List, Since vital records are impossible to come by for dates before 1881, I have a question for you. I have Lydia FINCH born March 10, 1791. Was she born in Dutchess County, NY or Clinton County? Also, who were her parents? Were they Jeremiah D. FINCH and Abigail RUNDLE? If you can positively answer these questions, what were you able to use for the verification of data? Lydia FINCH married Enos N. HARRIS on Nov. 29, 1810 in Beekmantown, Clinton, NY. They had 12 children including my direct line, James HARRIS, born Nov. 2, 1811. I do not have any documented proof of this line, just what other related family members have been able to help me with. Thanks for any help you can give on shedding some light on Lydia.
