    3. Cheryl, you could also be referring to Point Au Roche which is located between Plattsburgh and Chazy on Lake Champlain. It's not a village or city per se but rather a geographical location.     3. Hello Tom, Thank you. Several people have sent me info on Point Rouses. And one person told me it was on the American side of the boarder and suggested I look it up on Map Quest in Plattsburgh. And there it was!!!! Thanks so much for everyone's help!!
