Hi List, I am looking for the parents of Amanda BAKER. According to the McLellan Cemetery List for Clinton County, NY, she was born Oct. 25, 1800 and died Nov. 15, 1876. I believe she was born in the Manchester, Vermont area but cannot prove it at this time. She was first married to Nathaniel McIntryre who died July 25, 1833 "in his 57th year". She then married Enos N. Harris of Clinton County, New York and is buried in Shelters Cemetery, Beekmantown, Clinton, NY. He died, Oct. 30, 1866, AE 78 Years. Enos was also married to Lydia Finch who is also buried at Shelters Cemetery. She died Sept. 30, 1835, AE 44 Years. All the above information taken from the McLellan Cemetery Index for Clinton County, NY. Have been search for Amanda's parents for a very long time and have not found anything and getting documents for that age from NY in next to impossible. Any help in finding who her parents were and where they were from would be greatly appreciated. Thank-you for your time.
