Plattsburgh, NJ 12901 (518) 563-8101 Since Beekmantown is Town of Plattsburgh, and Alfred's death certificate indicates he died there, perhaps the baby did too. And in that timeframe, the baby was probably born at home as well. I saw where you contacted the Town of Black Brook offices, but that covers part of Morrisonville, but not Beekmantown.
