The question dealt with Attorneys in Clinton Co. and where to find more info on them. Here is my response: I have a copy of the Souvenier Industrial Edition of Plattsburgh 1897. It lists some members of the bar. Some of the info is: - prior to 1800 there were 3 resident attorneys in Clinton Co. - in 1836 the Clinton Co. Bar had 22 members - in 1897 the number grew to 55.
