I show a Joseph Soucisse, son of Peter and Sophie Gamelin married to Sara J CROMP 23 Aug 1879 and 6 children born between Jul 1880 and 1900. My notes also say there is some confusion about the names of the parents. I show a Joseph Soucisse married to a Bertha MINER and Francis married to Genevieve DAME. Very early there is Marie Anne SOUCY, dau of Pierre SOUCY and Elizabeth FOUQUEREAU, married to Augustin DUBE 4 Jun 1721 at St Anne de Pocatiere, Quebec, CAN. Also a Marie-Anne married to Jean Baptiste CHAMBERLAND 20 Jul 1789 in Kamouraska, Que, CAN I have no connection with this family. I have just recorded these while tracing others.
