Dick Ward is the Methodist Church's historian. (He's also the genealogical historian for the public library). He suggested that if you have specific names he will look through the church's archives to see what he can find. (The archives stashed in his memory are pretty terrific as well.) Dick jmentioned that a couple of other churches have merged with the Plattsburgh church--West Chazy for one, don't remember the others. Records for those churches are stored there aa well. You may sent requests to the church or to Dick's house directly (I would do that, he may have information in his home files as well).
