Please, please, please! Allen Ira Reynolds (Iry as he was called) was born in Chazy in April/1839. We have not been able to find any record of him. Is there anyone on the list that could possibly find any recording of his either being born or living in Clinton Co? I would be so happy to find him! He was my ggrrandfather and he has almost become an obsession for finding him. As a young man, he moved to Oregon. There are stories in the family that he might have had brothers with the names of Edwin and Henry. But we do not know for sure. We can't find any records of him in New York at all!
