Hi Mary, Do you know when he was a preacher? I have a list and dates of preachers in the Methodist Church of Plattsburgh through 1880 when the book was written. A super great friend gave me their address and I am sending a letter off to them tomorrow and see what, if anything, they have in their archives on my family. She said that the original church just merged with another Methodist Church and all their files should be located with this new one. The name, address and phone number is: UNITED METHODIST CHURCH 127 Beekman Street Plattsburgh, NY 12901 (518) 563-2992 Here's hoping you can find what you are looking for.
