One of my great grandfather's (Aaron Guynup) brothers, Andrew Guynup married Sarah Buck, who was probably part of the Saranac group. The Guynups lived in Saranac. Check with your library about the Inter-Library loan program. They can tell you what's available for each year. Linda.

    3. I was a boy in Dannemora and had a family named Buck just down the street. His name was Norton Buck and he worked at the prison there as a guard, as did most of the men in town. His brother was the town dentist, but I don't recall his name.
