    3. Hi Gary, In the Vital Records (marriages & deaths only) I have only one entry for the surname DONALDSON and no entries for HOGLE. Maybe this DONALDSON is somehow related to yours and you would want to add to your records. DONALDSON, Sovereign B., 30, d 3/9/31 in Poughkeepsie ["his remains were accompanied to the grave by Capt. PINE'S Corps of Artillery of which (he) was a member."] - Poughkeepsie Journal 3/16/31 In the "History of Clinton County" the military history of the town of Champlain, I have the following as enlisting for the Civil War: Nathan DONALDSON, Co. E, 9th Regt. enl. 1864 For the surname HOGLE, I only show information for an Anson HOGLE. In the town of Clinton, he was names as one of the supervisors: Anson HOGLE, 1846-48. This is all the information I could find on your families. 1. [NYCLINTO-L] LOOK-UP JOSEPH BACON
    2. Susan Jones
    3. Hi Sharon, In Graves of Revolutionary Patriots, I have one Joseph BACON. "BACON, Joseph buried Center Cemetery, Peru, Ma. I cannot find him listed in any of my other books. That tells me that his records are probably in the Albany Archives in NY. NH got some of the Green Mountain Boys records and NY took the others. I wish I could have been more help. If you can get access to the NY archives or know someone who can, that is a good place to check. Also, since he is buried in Massachusetts, try Boston and see what they may have.
