According to his obituary, my gg grandfather David Kentfield Goodman was born in Bainbridge, Chenango County in 1824. His parents were Ursin Goodman and Sarah (Sally) Kentfield. The other children in the family were Sarah, Erastus, Emeline, Antoinette, Lucy, Enos and Otis. The first two, Sarah and Erastus were also born in New York. Does anyone have any information on this family. According to everything I've seen, Ursin was also born in New York around 1800 but I don't know where and I do not know his parents.
