(I don't know if that other person is giving you the names of just the vets or also their children). I don't have the Chenango Rev War vets book. I know the film of the book can be viewed at most local Family History Libraries by paying the fee of about $5.50 or so to have the film sent to your local library. www.familysearch.org HeritageQuest shows a one Michael Phillips in Albany Co NY in 1790 and one in Rensselaer Co NY in 1800.
