    3. H Jack, Thank you so much for that information! Someone else has sent me some other information and I now need to find where various people fit in! I must say you are very kind to have responded so quickly. Could you let know the details of how to send for the directory copy and pricings etc, in case I decide to do that? Also, have you any idea what the r.42* next to Joseph Byrom means? 3. Thanks for the reply.  I guess I didn't indicated this clearly this time. The r. stands for a road number, which coincides with a map of the county that came with the book.  I had it laminated, so I can make copies for cost of copying and mailing. Let me know if you want a copy, and if so, send your mailing address.  I will enclose info about payment. Previous to it being called "Bainbridge," I believe it was first called "Jericho" from 1791 to 1814, which also included modern day Afton (which neighbor's Bainbridge today)... I cannot remember precisely, but I think Bainbridge was also called "Clinton" for a time as well. Hope this helps! Important Note: The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list. 3. Tim, A daughter and a son. What a wonderful family. Congratulations on becoming a Dad again. Have you ever tried a Neti Pot for your sinus problems? I used to be in bed a few times a year with horrid sinus infections. I was so sick I thought I wanted to die. After getting a Neti Pot I haven't had any sinus problems in almost two years. I feel like a new person and on top of that I don't get stuck taking those medicines that make me into a zombie. I hope your daughter doesn't lose her native language. That would be a shame. My daughter speaks six languages and every now and then she takes a class in one of the languages to keep her skills. 3. Here is an internet address that might be of interest to your neighbor. It is not the William Henry Todd born in 1860, but one who was born in 1826, same name. Maybe an ancestor? http://washburn.wigenweb.org/histories/people/williamhtodd.htm ----- Original Message ----- From: "Linda Dabulewicz" <agony-acres@msn.com> To: <nychenan@rootsweb.com> Sent: Saturday, November 21, 2009 7:49 PM Subject: [NYCHENAN] Todds in New Berlin >A neighbor of mine is interested in finding his Grandfather's date of death >and place of burial. 3. A neighbor of mine is interested in finding his Grandfather's date of death and place of burial. The grandfather in question is William Henry Todd born in 1860. He resided in Pittsfield for most of his life but my neighbor believes he was buried in New Berlin. The family belonged to the Episcopal Church but it is believed there was no money for a head stone. William was married to Mae Hawkins. My neighbor is also looking for his cousins. I have found most of them and they are deceased. I am still looking for Dorothy Margaret Todd Gulick born March 9, 1923, last known address Inglewood, California and her sister, Ruth Gertrude Todd born July 11, 1920. Dorothy and Ruth were the children of Chauncey Reuben Todd , an airmail pilot around 1919. Other related names are Vidler, in Norwich, and Doolittle. 3. In looking through my past emails I came across this. I am looking now for a Michael Fuller (150-1832) or if you look in DAR (1741-1822)> I know this date is wrong because I have copies of deeds and Rev. War application. I have been told since that this cemetery has several R War veterans buried in it. -----Original Message----- From: nychenan-bounces@rootsweb.com [mailto:nychenan-bounces@rootsweb.com] On Behalf Of Anna Thompson Sent: Wednesday, November 18, 2009 8:35 PM To: nychenan@rootsweb.com Subject: Re: [NYCHENAN] State Bridge Cemetery? I have been told this cemetery is in Chenango County. I don't know if that helps. I looked at all the cemeteries I found on line. I am looking for the burial of General Samuel Coe d. 1824. -----Original Message----- From: nychenan-bounces@rootsweb.com [mailto:nychenan-bounces@rootsweb.com] On Behalf Of pnutreg tds.net Sent: Tuesday, October 13, 2009 2:03 PM To: nychenan@rootsweb.com Subject: Re: [NYCHENAN] State Bridge Cemetery? Tim This might be the SDB Cemetery for the church known as 2nd Verona SDB Church. Many of the members of that church (l864-1903) located in Oneida County NY. I have listings of members and contributors of monies to this small church that was associated with the 1st Verona SDB Church. Most of the members were from the Chenango and Madison County area etc.. I have been to the Cemetery located at State Bridge and have some listings of burials and members. If you send me the Surname your are searching for I would be happy to check my records. I also will be doing a Genealogy lecture/workshop tomorrow PM at the "Turning Stone" in Verona for the annual NYS Convention (NYS Retired Teachers) and could check further if I receive the information ASAP (leaving at 7 AM to drive down) and I also have an appointment to do research Thurs. at the existing Verona SDB church and area.
