(I don't know if that other person is giving you the names of just the vets or also their children). I don't have the Chenango Rev War vets book. I know the film of the book can be viewed at most local Family History Libraries by paying the fee of about $5.50 or so to have the film sent to your local library. www.familysearch.org HeritageQuest shows a one Michael Phillips in Albany Co NY in 1790 and one in Rensselaer Co NY in 1800. Eight Michael Phillips in 1860 (incl one in Chenango with a wife named something like Christiana). Important Note: The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list. checked all my sources and I did not find anything, on either one of them. ?Maybe try writing the Norwich newspaper and ask them to look both obits up in their files, or write the library and ask them to do the same on newspaper microfilm. Might cost you $10 or so.
