I looked at LDS films of both "Proceedings of Administration" and "Letters of Administration". Very curious timing on these - Aug 12, 1884 but specify Ephraim died "about 1860". These 2 forms are short on details, so I was wondering if anyone has looked at the other film called "Surrogates' Minutes". I understand minutes were only entered occasionally? A name index appears at the front of the first 2 films - does anyone have such an index for the Minutes?
