I can't pull up her obit on ancestry, that period seems to be missing, but here is an extract from the series "Genealogical Information Reported in the Dunkirk Observer 1945-1950". Van Wey, Philomena T d 08 apr 1949 location: 251 King St b. PA h. Pilo deceased children: Louis, Daniel, Norman, Edward plus more brother: J Kachermeyer burial: St Mary's Cemetery There is also a daughter, born 7 mar 1919 (likely Arlene). Husband's Philo's obit of 1930 lists her name as Minnie with children Louis, Daniel, Norman, Edward, and Arlene. Obit for Mrs Wolfgang Kachermeyer, 6 oct 1917, lists a daughter Mrs P H Van Wey Obit for Benedict lists her as a sister, Mrs Phil Van Wey. Obit for Mary (Kachermeyer) Crane lists a sister, Mrs Minnie Van Wey Her death certificate should be at the Dunkirk City Clerk office and list her parents. Since more than 50 years have passed, anyone can get a copy. Unless things have changed recently, be prepared for them to deny you access to the record or to deny they have the record.
