I just checked my volumes of Genealogical Information reported in the Dunkirk Observer 1925-1956 and no hits on those names. I also searched the online edition on ancestry.com and nothing with the orr/parker combination either. If they were married in or around Mayville or Jamestown, it may not have been recorded in the dunkirk papers. More likely the Jamestown Post which I haven't seen any electronic edition or extracts.
