I recieved some great information on the Butts Family from The Genaology Society know as Fenton in Jamestown.Dating back into the 1700's Moses,Abraham and so forth. One of the Butts Men married an (Indian) woman was this Nancys' Mother? I have Nancy Butts who was born in New York Living as Nancy Tracy in Brokenstraw age 32 with children in the Home of Stephen and Lucy Butts 1860. I also have her with William Riley Tracy in Wayne Township-Marion Indiana 1870. I have the Butts family as Quakers. My GGGrandparents were William R. Tracy and Nancy Butts Tracy, there daughter Hannah (also know as Anna) Tracy-Mills-Keep was my GGrandmother. I know the Keeps were Methodist Episcopal. *Does anyone out there know who Nancy Butts' parents were?
