Some of them are from Mina. 1830 shows him (if it's the same Luke) in Clymer, Chautauqua, NY. There is an 1820 entry in Barre, Genesee, NY. He is also mentioned in a document "Lasw and resolutions of the Board of Supervisors of Chautauqua County: with list of county officers, historical sketches, and other matters of information and reference from the organization of the county to the year 1908 inclusive." I've not looked through that document but can. Another document, The History of Chautauqua County, NY" says he was Mina Supervisor in 1858.
