DiLorenzo when arraigned before Judge Anthony Johnson pleaded not guilty and the case was adjourned for a week. Bail was fixed at $1,000 which the defendent is unable to raise. The youth was brought to Dunkirk Friday by Officer Reilly. 3 mar 1930 Wilfred DiLorenzo, 23, Rochester, charged with abandonment, was scheduled for a hearing on the count today but when his case was called he pleaded guilty and was ordered held for the grand jury. DiLorenzo was first arraigned last Saturday and at that time bail was fixed at $1,000.
