Danielson, 85, formerly of 56 Pardee Ave., died at 2:55 a.m. Monday (Jan. 17, 2005) in the Heritage Green Health Care Center. She was born August 28, 1919, in Jamestown, the daughter of Charles Oliver and Olive Augusta Baxell Mason. A member of Immanuel Lutheran Church for more than 60 years, she was active in the Ladies Aid, Sunshine Society, the Married Couples Group, and had in earlier years been very involved in the Social Outreach Ministry. While her church family fed her soul and her friends were as much a part of her life as her own family, Carol will be remembered for the many ways in which she fed everyone through her friendship, her cookies, and her meals. One of her greatest joys was time spent with her great-granddaughter, Makena Rose. She is survived by a daughter, Karen Adams-Ray of Jamestown; a son, Sherwood ''Woody'' Danielson of Jamestown; two grandsons, Matthew C. and Bradley C. Adams, both of Jamestown; and a great-granddaughter. She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl A. Danielson, whom she married Aug. 19, 1940 and who died June 8, 1991; a brother, Kimball Baxell Mason; ! and a brother, Sherwood Vinton Mason, who died in childhood.
