He deemed an inquest unnecessary. The subject was Mrs Sally WHEELER who committed the act tuesday night at the residence of her son in law D.C. VanVLACK. She was found hanging behind the bedroom door. She had taken some seine twine and twisted, making a rope of about 1/4 inch. She placed the rope over the hinge, between the door and jamb, fastening it on the other side with a towel. The body had been hanging for some time when her daughter found her and nearly fainted at the sight.
