Max C HASKINS of E Lake Rd suffered a severe concussion, head cuts and bruises and a compound fracture of his right leg when struck by the truck driven by Lowell SWAHART of Findley Ohio No charges were placed on Swahart. It's obvious that Max did not survive, WHO is this MAX HASKIN or HASKINS?
