Marshall Erickson, 90, of Lutheran Social Services, formerly of 121 Bush St., died on Monday (Nov. 21, 2005). He was born May 12, 1915 in Brocton, the son of C. Clifford and Gathry Erickson. He owned and operated Erickson Jewelry on East Second Street, and in his home in Panama for over 40 years. Prior to moving to Jamestown in 1965, he was active in the Panama Boy Scouts and the Panama Volunteer Fire Dept. He was an active outdoorsman and enjoyed hunting and fishing. He was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church and the Lakewood Rod and Gun Club. Surviving are two sons: Keith M. Erickson, Jr. and Charles C. Erickson, both of Jamestown; three grandchildren: Brian Erickson, Kevin and Stefanie Erickson, and one great-granddaughter, Nevaeh Erickson. He was preceded in death by his wife, Bobbi Erickson, whom he married April 24, 1946, and who died March 22, 1990; and a daughter, Barbara Parmalee who died Dec. 24, 1965. Mr. Erickson donated his body to medical research at Anatomical Gift Program at SUNY Buffalo School of Medicine. Important Note: The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list.
