She was the wife of Claybourne Culver. She was born in Jamestown Sept. 24, 1903, the daughter of John F. and Bertha Scofield Dearing. Besides her husband, Mrs. Culver is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Joyce Chiricucio, Union city, Pa.; and Mrs. Lewis Radecki, Chapel Hill, N.C.; a son, James Gray, Stella Vista, Calif.; 10 grandchildren; a brother, John B. Dearing, Haddenfield, N.J.; and two sisters, Mrs. R. Lee Wharton, Berkeley, Calif.; and Mrs. Donald Appleyard, Jamestown. The Freay Funeral Home, Mayville, is in charge of arrangements. Mayville: Committal services for Mrs. Jean Dearing Culver, 63, of Mendocino, Calif., formerly of Wooglin, who died April 26, 1967, will be held at 2 p.m. Monday in the Mayville Cemetery. The Rev. William H. Jessop, pastor of the Mayville Methodist Church, will officiate.
