He was the son of Clarence Wilbur Orcutt and spouse Doris Ruth Lacey; beloved husband of Kathleen Orcutt; Loving father of David John and Scott Thomas Orcutt; Caring brother of Penelope Hill; Cherished grandfather of Rachel Orcutt. Born in Gowanda, New York, Tom graduated in 1959 from Pine Valley Central School. He was honored to serve his country in the U.S. Army with posts at Ft. Devens, MA and Okinawa. Employed as an Analyst with the Department of Defense, he was honored to work for them for over 30 years. Tom developed a website of the Orcutt's family geneology. He coached baseball, basketball and soccer teams for many years with the Greater Glen Burnie Youth League. He loved sports, especially the Boston Red Sox, the North Carolina Tar Heels and the Buffalo Bills. Burial will be at the Maryland Veterans Cemetery, Crownsville, Maryland.
