On my Grandmother's death certificate, it lists her place of birth as Chateaugay Lake, New York. I cannot seem to locate a town with that name. Her birth was in 1885. Could the name of the town changed over the years? If so, what is it now called? Also, does anyone have an address for Vital Statistics where I can obtain her birth certificate? I would appreciate any help I could get. Thanks. Barbara McDonald Mesa, AZ jbm748@aol.com
