Laurin, 37, of 53 Hickory St., died at 2:15 p.m. Sunday (Aug. 20, 1967) in Roswell Park Memorial Institute, Buffalo, after a lengthy illness. She was the wife of H. Richard Laurin, to whom she was married April 9, 1949. Born Dec. 31, 1929, in Adrian, Mich., the daughter of Herman F. and Ethel Esterbrook Murbach, she had been a resident of Warren, Pa., prior to coming to Jamestown 25 years ago. Mrs. Laurin was employed by the Chautauqua County Extension Service Assopciation. She was a member of the Westminster Presbyterian Church. Besides her husband, she is survived by a son, Douglas and a daughter, Diana Laurin, both at home; her father and stepmother, Mr. and Mrs. Herman F. Murbach, St. Petersburg, Fla.; one brother, Donald Murbach, Cheyenne, Wyo.; a sister, Mrs. Donald Schmonsky, Jamestown; and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Burial will be in Sunset Hill Cemetery.
