Loucks, 63, formerly of Jamestown, N.Y., died Sunday morning, Sept. 14, 1969, at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Lorraine Wert, in Largo. For more than 30 years he was a partner in Loucks & Till Handy Grocery at Kimball Stand near Jamestown. He was also an auctioneer. Mr. Loucks was born Jan. 17, 1906, in Lander, Pa., the son of Charles R. and Alice Jones Loucks. He was a member of the Lions Club and Fire Deprtment of Gerry, N.Y. In his younger years he played baseball in the county leagues. Surviving are his wife, Ethel M. Blodgett Loucks; a daughter, Mrs. Lorraine Wert; a granddaughter, Miss Kathy Wert of Largo; a brother, Charles T. Loucks of Jamestown and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday in the Feaster Memorial Home, Indian Rocks Chapel, Largo.
