Ruggerio Constantine, 87, formerly of Old Fluvanna Road, Jamestown, died Monday June 21, 1999. She was born Dec. 23, 1911, in LeRoy, N.Y., the daughter of Sebastian and Nicholetta Spataro Ruggerio. She had been employed by the former National Worsted Mills and for many years by Chautauqua Hardware. She was a member of St. John Roman Catholic Church. Her smile touched everyone's heart and she will be remembered with great love by family and friends. She was a mother and best firend to her daughters and her loving memory will be cherishsed by her husband. Surviving are her husband, Rick Constantine, whom she married in 1939; two daughters: Rosemarie Cardinale of Maryland, Janet Van Den Heuvel of West Palm Beach; three grandchildren: Kathleen Vita, Vito and Roland Cardinale, all of Maryland; four great-grandchildren; and a sister, Angeline Giambrone. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Michlin Picat; a sister, Mary Ruggerio Himes; and a brother, Joseph Ruggerio. Entombment will be in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery Mausoleum.
