''Joe'' Brandow, 53, of 2329 West Lake Road, died Sunday (Aug. 24, 2003) in his home. He was born Nov. 24, 1949, in Jamestown, the son of the late Lowell and Lillian Nowell Brandow. He was a U.S. Navy veteran, serving from 1969 to 1971.He is survived by his companion of 22 years, Carl Millford, with whom he made his home; two brothers: Bruce Brandow of Mayville and Robert Brandow of Falconer; and three sisters: Alice Brandow of Lakewood, Judy Richard of Jamestown and Agnes Brandow of Clermont, Fla. Burial will be in Bentley Cemetery, Lakewood, NY.
