Olson, 70, of High Acres, died at 1:42 p.m. Wednesday Jan. 12, 2000 in his residence. He was born Aug. 14, 1929, in Jamestown, the son of the late Algot and Agnes Larson Olson. Prior to retirement, he operated the meat department at Alms in Greenhurst and later Loblaws. He was also a meat cutter for the former Fluvanna Super Duper. He was a member of the National Guard. He was an avid hunter and fisherman. Surviving are two daughters: Ricki Krulish of Olean, Gayle Williams of Greenhurst; five grandchildren: Carrie and Brent Williams of Greenhurst, twins, Jennalyn, Arianne and Emalee Krulish, all of Olean; and one brother, Roy Olson of Jamestown. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Verna Olson in 1981. Burial will be in Maple Grove Cemetery, Frewsburg.
