Mrs. Odronic was born in the town of Arkwright, June 17, 1900, the daughter of the late Andrew J. and Eliza (Hudson) Ball. She was a direct decendent of Samuel Sinclair,the founder of Sinclairville, and a former member of the Daughters of the American Revolution Chapter of Fredonia. She was a former member of the Foretville Chapter #247 OES, a former member of the White Shrine of Jamestown, a former member of the Amaranth Green May Court of Dunkirk, past member of the former Arkwright Grange #1249, a former member of Villenova Grange #604, a former member of the Fredonia Garden Club, a former member of the Assembly of God Church in Fredonia, and had at one time attended Forestville United Methodist Church. Survivors include three grandchildren, Mrs. Edward (Carol) Crecraft, Mrs. James (Janice) Rundell, both of Forestville, and Phillip H. (Kathy) Schroeder of Clermont, FL, 10 great-grandchildren, 19 great-great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents she was predeceased by her first husband, Albert Palmer, who died Dec. 24, 1959, by her second husband, Vincent Odronic, who died Sept. 14, 1974, by a daughter, Myrtle P. Schroeder, who died March 17, 2003, by two sisters, Myrtie Brown and Alta Driscoll, by three brothers, Frank Ball, Arthur Ball and Walter Ball, and by a great grandson, Dale R. Crecraft. Interment will be in Summit Cemetery, town of Arkwright. Arrangements made by Riles & Woolley Funeral Home, Forestville.
