Thanks Dee, for the info on William - I did not have his WWI draft card info or employment info. This is my William, but not Frank. Frank died in 1912 in an industrial accident at the Brooks Plant in Dunkirk. On the naturalization papers on Thomas - the last name is spelled BUNCZKOSKI. There have been so many spellings, I can't keep track of them. Thomas's son John married Bertha Schmidt from Wesleyville PA abt. 1908 - but have been unable to find any marriage records in NY or PA. Although the date could be changed +/- 2 years. Although in tht time frame - it seems to be like finding a needle in a haystack. I looked in Mayville and Erie courthouses. ----- Original Message ----- From: <[email protected]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Monday, October 08, 2007 11:56 AM Subject: Re: [NYCHAUTA] BANKOSKE immigration from Poland > This is a Message Board Post that is gatewayed to this mailing list. > > Author: DeeDavidson97 > Surnames: > Classification: queries > > Message Board URL: > > http://boards.rootsweb.com/localities.northam.usa.states.newyork.counties.chautauqua/21141.1/mb.ashx > > Message Board Post: > > the steel industry is what brought the polish here, > with others > William S..
