Golden of the Town of Westfield in the County of Chautauqua and the state of New York being of sound mind and body, do make, publish and declare this my Last Will and Testament, in manner following, that is to say: First, I direct that all debts and funeral expenses be paid as soon after my death as practible. Second. I direct that all inheritance taxes of every nature including interest and penalties thereon, be paid out of my estate as an expense of administration without apportionment. Third. I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, both real and personal, in any form or nature, whosesoever it may be situated, to my son George F. Golden. Fourth. In the event that my son, George F. Golden, shall predecease me, I give, devise and bequeath all the rest residue and remainder of my estate, both real and personal, in any form or nature, wheresoever it may be situated to my granddaughter,!
