First of all its free, which is a major thing. When you look at certain "other" sites concerning genealogy it is often a disapointment to find they charge a nominal fee for you to find information that, when you think about it, is rightfully yours to begin with. From the first time I posted here I've had great luck. Information on my maternal great grandmother was found for me, when I had no were to turn. Just last week I found a whole thread on my maternal great grandfathers lineage (on his mother side) by simply inputting his last name into the search box! Every little post with every little name helps. It makes the chances that people will find what they are looking for improve, and it saves a little time on the researchers part, if a person is able to find the information without submitting a query. I say keep it up and I have a question. Can I also add Obits from my own records on my family? I might be able to help someone out myself, and the would be awesome.
