My cousin from Oregon used to go to that church. I couldn't find it on the United Methodist Church website, but I was sure it was a UMChurch. It possibly has a PA address. It is a very small church, but still going. I will let you know what I find out. I am not sure where marriage certificates are held in NY -- possibly the county clerk.
