She was born March 28, 1942, in Westfield, the daughter of the late Richard and Gladys Redding Loucks. A life resident of Ripley, Chautauqua Co NY She is survived by two sisters: Pat Chant of Spartanburg, Pa., and Florence Williams of Derby, N.Y. She was preceded in death by two brothers: Clarence ‘‘Stubs’’ and Henry Loucks; and a sister, Agnes Nichols. Funeral services will be announce at a later date. Burial will be in Quincy Rural Cemetery.
