Surnames: SISCHO, EVERDEN, EVERDON, MARSH, WIGHTMAN, ROLPH, DOOM Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/rw/SRB.2ACE/12188 Message Board Post: the family name SISCHO is spelled in a lot of ways but I think this fairly well sorts them; at least it's a beginning; A woman in Texas just found the added data for Hemenger cemetery and is descended from CELINA dau of Castle m to Shadrach or Sheldon EVERTON or EVERDON b in the Gerry Poorhouse cemetery Here is what I found so far; please post any related info here I am posting all I found; Castle Sischo Birth: unknown about 1808 Death: Feb. 13, 1903 is listed as Caster Sisco in 1840 census the only one of this surname Township:Carroll County:Chautauqua State:New York Omitted from the list of those in the Old German (Hemenger) Cemetery, was Castle Sischo Sr. Born in Essex Co., NY and died in the Town of Gerry, Feb. 13, 1903, age 94.. We placed him in this old cemetery by this first wife, Anna whom the descendent thinks was a Barmore. They had a son Castle Jr., born 1837 (no death date), who married Aurilla Cowden, born 1846 in Sherman. She died in Gerry Nov. 24, 1904, age 68. They are buried in the Gerry (village) Cemetery.
