Bradford, 84, of 307 Grace St., Apartment F, died Tuesday (March 18, 2003) in Hamot Medical Center. She was born Nov. 20, 1918, in Jamestown, the daughter of William and Mae Burger Borgerding. She was a 1935 graduate of Panama Central School. She was employed by Corry Jamestown Corp. during World War II and, in later years, by Raymond Manufacturing, Associated Spring and Barnes Group Inc. for 19 years. She was a member of Bear Lake United Methodist Church and a former member of the Ladies of the Moose, Corry. She enjoyed crafts and watching television. She is survived by a daughter, Roxann Hajec of Corry; a granddaughter, Charleen Hajec of Corry; three stepgrandsons: Dan, Tim and Tom Hajec, all of Corry; and five great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald G. Bradford, whom she married Aug. 13, 1935, in Bear Lake; and a daughter, Rosalie Bradford. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday in Bracken Funeral Home, 315 N. Center St., Corry. The Rev. John Rough, Bear Lake United Methodist Church pastor, will officiate.
