St. George, 92, of the Chautauqua County Home, formerly of the Herbert Star Apartments in Brocton and Prospect Street, Fredonia, died Sunday (Dec. 30, 2001) in the home. She was born May 22, 1909, in Fredonia, the daughter of Orizo and Oriza Palermo St. George. She retired from VanRaalt Co. of Dunkirk and was a member of St. Patrick’s Church in Brocton and a former member of St. Anthony’s of Fredonia. Her hobbies were making ceramics and Italian cooking. She is survived by several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by two brothers: Anthony and Joseph St. George; and three sisters: Josephine Noto, Nina Apolito and Rose Sabo. Interment will be in St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Fredonia, NY.
