She loved time with her grandchildren, enjoyed her Cocker Spaniels and attending arts and crafts shows. She is survived by three sons: Elton Wilder of Lakewood, Denny and Rick Wilder, both of Jamestown; and five grandchildren: Dennis Wilder Jr. of Lakewood, Trina Eggleston, Wendy, Jordan and Ashley Wilder, all of Jamestown. She was preceded in death by her husband, DeElton Wilder, whom she married Dec. 1, 1934, and who died Dec. 20, 1978; two brothers: Raymond and Clarence Rice; and a sister, Ella Stanton. She was a member of the Sunny Brook Rebekah Lodge, Chautauqua Region Embroiders Guild of America, Chautauqua County Society of Artists, New York State Southern Tier Porcelain Artists, Chautauqua Porcelain Painters, Knitters Guild and Doll Study Club of Jamestown. Surviving, besides her husband, are a son, Jeffrey A. White of Ashville; a daughter, Karen M. Loverme of Jamestown; three grandchildren: a brother, Roger E. Annis of Frewsburg; and a sister, Patricia A. Anderson of Jamestown. She was preceded in death by her father, who died ! in 1964, and her mother, who died in 1960. Youngberg, 75, a former well known funeral director in Jamestown, N.Y., succumbed to a heart attack at 12:10 a.m. today (Feb. 17, 1967) in his home, 248 Widlund Ave. Mr. Youngberg moved from Jamestown to Daytona Beach in 1947 and for several years owned and operated a large apartment building here. He previously owned and operated a beach wear shop in this community for about 10 years. For more than 20 years he was the owner and director of the Youngberg Funeral Home, first on Foote Avenue near Chandler and at 329 E. 4th St., Jamestown. In Jamestown, Mr. Youngberg was a member of the Immanuel Lutheran Church, Mt. Tabor Lodge I.O.O.F., and was a charter member of the Jamestown Loyal Order of Moose. He also belonged to the John W. Tiffany Post, Veterans of Foreign Wars which he served as commander of District 6 that embraces eighteen counties in western New York. Mr. Youngberg's wife, Mrs. Dorothy Youngberg died Dec. 8, in Daytona Beach. His survivors include a son, Bert Youngberg, and a daughter, Mrs. Doris Ford, both of Daytona Beach; seven grandchildren and a great grandchild; a brother, Dr. Paul Youngberg, Rock Island, Ill.; and a sister, Mrs. Esther Enebuske, Cambridge, Mass. He remained on this claim but a short time, next buying a claim to p’t of lot 37, T. 5, where he lived until his death. He occupied a log house until 1831 when the house on the farm was built by him. He was a farmer and a brick maker. He d. in Buffalo June 26, 1849, and bu. there, but was subsequently removed to P. Evergreen Cemetery. His widow occupied the homestead until her d., which occurred Oct. 4, 1862. She was bu. by her husband. Mr. G. was in the war of 1812; was a "Jackson democrat and a Harrison whig." Together with her late husband, Mrs. Densmore owned and operated Densmore's Hotel in Brocton for 35 years. Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Ronald (Sandra) Mitchell of Portland, Mrs. Joseph (Sallie) Muscato of Dunkirk and Mrs. Ralph (Deborah) Vandaveer of St. Petersburg; four grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
