A full-time homemaker, she assisted her husband with the daily operation of the family dairy farm. Following her retirement from the farm, she worked at Ame's Luncheon and the White Horse Inn in Cassadaga. She was a member of the Cassadaga Guild, Cassadaga-Stockton-Lily Dale Senior Citizens and Sinclairville Senior Citizens. She enjoyed crocheting and knitting. Surviving are a daughter, Corrine "Sis" Morley of Sinclairville; a son, Warren Tilyou of Cassadaga; seven grandchildren: Joanne Carlson, Kenneth Morley and Nancy Risley, all of Sinclairville, Janet Kelly of Cassadaga, Lynda Willett of East Aurora, Douglas Tilyou of Rochester and Donna Tilyou of Orlando, Fla.; 11 great-grandchildren. I have a Cassius Hull born abt. 1856 dying in Butte Co. California taking care of a very sick family of mine, and he himself dies. The only hit I can match is the Cassius found in this county. What is of great interest to me is that the family he is working for, the mother (then deceased) was a Hull and married to a Bennett, who are first found in Cattaraugus Co. in 1830. Mrs. Jones was born March 14, 1895, in Stockholm, Sweden, the daughter of Victor and Ellen Cederquist. She came to the United States with her parents at the age of eight, the family settling in Jamestown. Her marriage to Mr. Jones took place 53 years ago. Mrs. Jones was a member and past director of the First Church of Christ, Scientist, one of the early members of the Norden Club Women; a member of the Mozart Club, and the Chautauqua County Historical Society. Her major interests were in local and American history and she was a great literacy student and had travelled extensively throughout the country. Mrs. Jones had contributed generously of her talent as contralto soloist to many community events. She is survived by her husband, Clayton M. Jones, Sr.; well-known Jamestown attorney, a daughter, Marianne Witherby of South Lincoln, Mass.; a son Clayton M. Page, 79, of 35 Chapman St., died at 2:25 p.m. Thursday in Heritage Green Health Care Center. An area resident since 1954, he was born July 11, 1926 in Detroit, the son of Peter and Magdelen Page. He graduated cum laude from Northwestern High School in Detriot, and was a veteran of the U.S. Navy serving from 1944 to 1946. He had been employed as a chef by the former Bud's Carriage House and the former Brookwood Restaurant. In 1974, he purchased Page's Motel in Lakewood, retiring in 1995. He was a member of St. Elia Albanian Orthodox Church where he served in many offices. He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Margaret Kote Page, whom he married May 18, 1947; a daughter, Marilyn Frick of Hickory, N.C.; two sons: Lawrence Page of Greenhurst, and Peter Page of Lakewood; seven grandchildren; a brother, the Very Rev. Spero Page of Worcester, Mass.; and two sisters: Janet Wahl of Dayton, Ohio, and Anita McMilan of Mt. Clemens, Mich. Burial will be in Sunset Hill Ceme! tery.

He was born Dec. 7, 1924, in South Dayton, the son of the late Alvey E. and Gertrude Erskine Willover. He had worked at Erie Malleable Iron in Erie. He is survived by one brother, Halsey Willover of Olean; and one sister, Lucy Coons of Corry. Along with his parents he was predeceased by his wife Marian I. Bliss Willover, whom he married April 15, 1943, and who died March 14, 2001; one sister, Laura M. Darnofall, who died March 12, 2005; and two brothers, Martin and Eugene Willover. Burial will be in Cutting Cemetery.

A Jamestown area resident since 1947, he was born March 20, 1926, in Mayville, the son of Hugh P. and Alice Rollman Stanford. He was a 1947 graduate of Mayville High School and served in the U.S. Army during World War II from Aug. 21, 1944 until his discharge as a Corporal on June 28, 1946. He was employed at the former Blackstone Corporation for more than 40 years, retiring in 1992. He was a member of John W. Tiffany Post 53 VFW, Thomas G. Stone 1996 AMVets, Ira Lou Spring Post 149 American Legion and War Vets Recreation. Surviving are two daughters: Mary Judy Close of Sunrise, Fla. and Anne M. Zepka of Jamestown; two sons: Jeffery C. Stanford of Jamestown and Peter R. Stanford of Ocala, Fla.; seven grandchildren: a great granddaughter; four sisters: Rose Maulding of Mayville, Carol Johnson of Frewsburg, Ruth Anderson of Gresham, Ore. and Janet Swanson of Seattle, W! ash.; and two brothers: Allen Stanford of Seattle and Paul Stanford of North East. He was preceded in death by his wife, Patricia A. She was preceded in death by her husband, USAF Ret. Col. Maynard B. Wallace, whom she married July 18, 1946, and who died July 9, 1993; and three sisters: Florence Legters, Blanche Legters and Myrtle TeWinkle. Burial will be in Holland Cemetery in Clymer, at a later date.
