I am trying to locate information on the family of my ggrandfather, Milton C. ATHERTON who, according to his marriage record, was born in Cayuga NY 8 May 1824; however, I cannot find any ATHERTONs in census records for that period. His parents are listed as Cornelius and Mary ATHERTON on the marriage record. Any assistance would be appreciated as I have hit the proverbial "brick wall". Jean ATHERTON Vineyard
