I am a newcomer to this list, but wish to second the request for knowledge of an index for wills/probates. (I searched the county website and didn't find anything) I happen to do lookups for anyone digging for infomation on the members of the Owasco Dutch Reformed Church. Now I am hoping that someone can do a return favor. I have been so excited, ever since I visited your website page on the Conowago Colony! What a wealth of information on my ancestry migration. Now I need to prove/disprove my link to Isaac Parsell, and I know his will was probated there (Bx 5, P.W. Nov 21, 1824 Book C1, page 37) along with that of his son John, (Bx 120, G July 22, 1868 Guard. E98 ). I am researching the descendants of Henry Parsels and Sarah Conklin, and this is the first discovery in many years, that I may have found Henry's ancestry. (Others have stated that he came from NJ via PA, but your Conowago Colony website, was the first factual data that I have uncovered) Any assistance that anyone could lend me, would be most appreciated.
