Hi List, This is Ken colby46@juno.com I am looking for proof of a service record for my 3rd great-grandfather Wolcott Hinman. For the Cayuga County Hisotorial Societ sent me a copy of the Hinman's that are buried in the Indian Mound Cemetery there in Cayuga County. It showes that Wolcott Hinman served in the War of 1812. I looked up Pensions for that war, but his name is not shown. He did live long enough to apply for a pension if he did service, but his name is not in the book of pensions for that war.
