Hi, I'm new to the list, and researching a SMITH family that was at Cayuga County in the 1750's. I'm not sure how long they lived at Aurelius but a son Thomas SMITH was born there in 1759. It is all that I have on this ancestor. No wife's name, no parents names. He had a daughter, Eleanor born 1774 in NY but I'm not sure if it was in Cayuga Co. Are there any Smith researchers on this list? Or would any of you have any Cayuga County histories that may mention this family? Any assistance VERY MUCH appreciated, Joyce at Desert Hot Springs,CA
