Roger, Thanks for the school handbook. You wondered if the pupils included were only those who lived in the village. My grandmother, Alice E. Brockway (Class of 1887), lived with her grandparents during the school year. Their house was on Skinner Hill Rd, just outside of the village limits. I don't know if that was close enough to be considered the village. The rest of the year she lived with her parents about three miles east of the village on Brockway Rd, where I live now.
