i am searching for a joseph and clarrissa brown who lived in cayuga co. in 1823 when their son was born, his name was elijah barton brown. I dont know but what the middle name comes from it could be a family name are there any Bartons living there? any information would be appreciated. it seems that they must have left theb area shortly after elijahs' birth
